Meetings in the Heat

Funny that I’ve become a bit of a Forever21 person.  I blame Da Fashionista for this.  She always makes it look so good.  I bought this tee and skirt in LA where I might add it wasn’t any where near as hot as it’s been in Sydney.  Yesterday topped 34 degrees Celsius, which is 94 degrees Fahrenheit.

I had a heap of meetings yesterday in this heat and I needed to look fashionable.  I like the multi pattern thing that is going on and I hope this style stays for a little while.  It’s so liberating to not have match everything all the time.

I hope my American friends and family are staying safe in these blizzard conditions.  My thoughts are with all of you on the East Coast.

2010 Favourites

2010 Favourites

 

So many wonderful things happened in 2010, my son graduated High School, I met the love of my life, met some of my favourite bloggers in Los Angeles, was photographed for Essence Magazine, wore the most amazing Gary Yang clothing for both Fashion Week in Australia and New York,  got to hang not once but twice with my LA family, moved in and made a home with my beloved, got a great new camera and sooo much more.

I’m looking forward to all the great things that will happen in 2011.

Los Angeles Bloggers

This week and I had the fantastic pleasure of meeting with 3 of my favourite LA Bloggers,Fashion Intel, Inny Vinny and Da Fashionista. It was the most amazing experience. These are 3 fabulous women and I feel so lucky and honoured to have been able to have time with them. And of course here are the obligatory night out photos.
