You are too old to wear that . . .

or so I was told by my son today. Thus began my dressing adventure. I’m running around today and it seems summer has returned so I thought shorts and a tee were the best option. I don’t understand why I need to look a certain way to be a mother. But nevertheless, this isn’t the first time my son has said such a thing and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Today I’ve ignored him, too hot to care.

Lunch with Mr Dashing

Today’s dressing adventure saw me having lunch with the friend I’ve known the longest in Sydney. He is called Mr Dashing because he is one the most handsome and stylish men I know. I met him in the first few weeks of moving here and he has been a permanent fixture in my life.

I always like to look nice for him since he is so Dashing.
